Teaching Students mathematics study skills, test-taking skills, and analyzing test results can be as easy as turning on a video tape player. This convenient video tape has two parts which are based on Winning at Math. These two parts can be viewed separately in the classroom or math lab.

Test-taking skills and anxiety reduction techniques can be taught in a math workshop setting using Part I and Part II. Instructors can use Part II to conduct a group analysis of student's test-taking errors. Students needing additional mathematics study skills would be referred to Winning at Math and How to Reduce Test Anxiety.
