This is a computerized math study skills evaluation that can be personalized for each student. The program does not assess mathematics skills but necessary math learning skills for students in developmental math to calculus.


The program uses thirty-five questions to locate specific learning problems and provides an overall math study skills score and sub-test scores. The five sub-test scores are: Study Effetely, Memory and Learning, Reading and Homework, Classroom Learning, and Test Anxiety and Test-Taking . Students having difficulty in one or more of these areas will receive a computerized print out listing the questions they missed, improvement suggestions, page numbers to read in Winning at Math and referral to How to Reduce Test Anxiety CD. The program sub-test score areas will also site chapters to read in Winning at Math .
